Laurent Potier

Laurent Potier has extensive experience in customer success and project management within the M3 framework. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at AUTHENTIC Group since April 2016, Laurent focuses on client retention and business development by enhancing the application solution and coordinating cross-departmental activities to ensure client satisfaction. Previously, Laurent held roles at Infor as Services Sales Manager and M3 Engagement Manager, and at Lawson Software as Practice Director for Southern Europe and France, overseeing manufacturing and distribution M3 projects. Laurent began a career at INTENTIA as Consulting Manager, responsible for M3 implementation delivery.
