Edwin Ovrahim

Edwin Ovrahim has worked in various accounting roles since 2006. Edwin began as an Audit Supervisor at Mohler Nixon Williams (Combined with Moss Adams LLP), where they had technical expertise in accounting topics such as revenue recognition, equity, including stock based compensation and warrants. In 2011, they became a Senior Accountant at Aruba Networks, where they performed intra-company consolidations with 20+ subsidiaries, inventory accounting, COGS accounting, corporate and worldwide allocations, and various other month end close procedures. Edwin also evaluated internal control procedures for SOX compliance. In 2013, they became the Director of Accounting at GetInsured and the Senior Consolidations Accountant at Bloom Energy. In 2018, they became the Corporate Controller at Filld, and in 2020 they became the Accounting Controller at Authentic8.

Edwin Ovrahim attended San Jose State University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting.
