Fred Cox

Fred Cox has over 35 years of work experience in the technology industry. Fred began their career in 1983 as a Software Engineer at TAK Automation. Fred then moved to Pactel Spectrum Services in 1985 as a Software Engineer. In 1987, they were an Engineering Project Leader at Athena Systems. In 1992, they became a MTS at SGI. Fred then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at both Netscape Communications and Netscape from 1995 to 1999. From 1999 to 2006, they were a Senior Software Architect at Postini Inc., where they designed and coded the custom infrastructure that allowed Postini to process billions of messages per day. From 2006 to 2010, they were the VP Engineering at vLane.com, a automotive search engine connecting consumers to the most relevant automotive information available online. Fred concluded their career as the Engineering Director at Authentic8 from 2010 to present.

Fred Cox attended San Francisco State University from 1979 to 1982, where they studied Computer Science.
