Ramesh Rajagopal

Ramesh Rajagopal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Authentic8. Ramesh has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ramesh started their career at JP Morgan in 1993 as a Corporate Finance/M&A Analyst. Ramesh then transitioned to Microsoft in 2000 as the Senior Director and Co-head of Corporate Strategy Group. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating strategic growth opportunities for Microsoft.

In 2005, they joined Postini as the VP of Corporate Development. Ramesh was responsible for the overall corporate development function, including IPO preparation and the eventual sale of Postini to Google in 2007 for $640M+.

After the acquisition, they transitioned to Google as the Business Development Manager for the Enterprise Division. Ramesh helped transition the Postini business to Google Enterprise Division.

In 2008, they co-founded Authentic8 and has been serving as the CEO since then. Under their leadership, Authentic8 has become a leading provider of secure web browsing solutions.

Ramesh Rajagopal holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they specialized in finance and strategy. Ramesh also holds an MA Hons. in economics from the University of Cambridge.
