Steve M, PMP has over 12 years of experience in project management and customer success roles. Steve is currently a Customer Success Manager at Authentic8, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Program Manager at SAIC from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they directed a $10M Cyber Operations program for US Army Cyber Command, leading 25 intelligence analysis and policy analysis contractors. Steve adopted an Agile/Scrum methodology that improved efficiency by 40%, and led changes that enabled contractors, government personnel, and military personnel to work remotely. Steve also oversaw a $17MM Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination program for US Army Intelligence and Security Command, leading a team of 4 companies and 55 personnel in multiple sites in the US. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Senior Program Manager at MHM Innovations, INC, where they oversaw the US Army Open Source Intelligence Office formation, administered a $16M OSINT budget, measured commercial and government product capabilities and limitations, and contributed to the management of Foundation Layer OPT. Lastly, from 2008 to 2012, they were an Intelligence Program Manager at QUAESTOR FEDERAL CONSULTING, LLC, where they advised DOD Senior Executives in support of multiple projects, assisted with intelligence-related technology, enterprise architectures, and advanced analytics initiatives, and wrote and published IT capabilities documents through the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC).

Steve M obtained their Bachelor of Arts in History from Centre College between 1983 and 1987. Steve then obtained their Masters of Science in Military Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University in 1996 and 1997. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Strayer University for Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management. In January 2020, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute.
