Wayne Arnold

Senior Systems Engineer

Wayne Arnold has over 10 years of work experience. Wayne began their career in 2006 as an Individual Tutor at the University of the Pacific's Center for Community Involvement, where they worked with K-12 students of the Stockton community on an individual basis. In 2009, they moved on to Kinematic Automation as a Controls Engineer, where they performed electrical design and maintenance, managed proof of concept work for new projects, and executed logic software validation and verification plans. In 2010, they joined Holt of California as an IT Network Engineer Generalist and was later promoted to Lead IT Network Engineer Generalist and Network Support Specialist. During their time there, they improved customer satisfaction through implementing a helpdesk ticketing system, service level agreements by request type, and a feedback survey for completed requests, as well as reduced helpdesk calls by implementing a self-service password reset system for employees. In 2017, they joined Verizon as a Network Engineer and, in 2019, they moved on to Authentic8 as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Wayne Arnold obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering & Engineering Management from the University of the Pacific in 2011. Wayne then obtained their Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching from Cisco Systems, Inc in July 2013. Finally, they obtained their Master's degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University in 2020.
