Dean Wegner

Dean Wegner is the founder and CEO of Authentically American, a company that specializes in manufacturing clothing and apparel that is 100% made in the USA. Dean has over 20 years of experience in the apparel industry, and has held leadership positions with several different companies, including the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA), Ignite Health Group, SEAMS Association, and Nashville Fashion Alliance (NFA). In 2012, Dean founded Omega Apparel Incorporated, a company that specializes in producing dress trousers, slacks, and skirts for the US Military. Omega is a principles and values based organization centered on 5 Foundations of Ownership, Customer, Quality, Efficiency, and Teamwork. In 2013, Dean leveraged their depth of knowledge and expertise in the military apparel industry to enter the commercial market and provide a full range of cut and sew manufacturing capabilities to service multiple industries. In 2014, Dean established a Dress Shirt Production Line and an Assembly Division.

Dean Wegner has a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Dean also has an MBA in Finance from California State University-San Bernardino. Dean attended Vermont Academy for their prep school education and Upper St. Clair High School in Pennsylvania.
