Authentically Brianne is the work Brianne Brinker built out of a life lived in the margins and the middle of things. Brianne spent years inside Division I athletics and sports administration, navigating cultures that weren’t designed with someone like her in mind. Coming out as a trans woman in that environment wasn’t just a personal turning point, it reshaped how she understands identity, power, and what real inclusion requires.

Today, Authentically Brianne brings that lived experience into conversations about culture, belonging, and equity. She helps people and organizations move beyond checkbox diversity and into the deeper work of identity‑rooted understanding. My approach blends storytelling, reflection, and the kind of insight that only comes from having lived both sides of a system.
Whether I’m speaking, writing, consulting, or simply being in community, my goal is the same: to create spaces where people can show up as their full selves and be met with clarity, compassion, and truth.
