Bethan Hughes

Account Director at Authenticate

Bethan Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Bethan began their career as a Student Tutor at Kyloe House Secure Children's Home in 2012, where they worked with young people aged 11-17 who were at risk. Bethan'sresponsibilities included teaching basic Spanish skills and creating a handbook for staff on developmental and personality disorders.

In 2013, Bethan joined Regus as a Coaching Senior CSR, and later became the General Manager. Bethan worked in these roles until 2016, gaining experience in management and customer service.

During the same period, Bethan also worked as a Volunteer Ward Clerk at Saint Michael's Hospice for six months.

Since 2016, Bethan has been with Authenticate IS, where they have held various positions. Bethan started as a Customer Support Executive and later became a Client Services Manager. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Commercial Team Manager before becoming the Head of Client Services and Data in 2019. Currently, Bethan serves as the Account Director at Authenticate IS.

Throughout their career, Bethan has acquired valuable skills in client services, management, customer support, and data.

Bethan Hughes attended Harrogate Grammar School from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained their A Levels in Psychology, Geology, and Graphic Design. Bethan then pursued further education at Newcastle University from 2010 to 2013, earning a BSc Honours degree in Psychology.
