Daniel Patton has held various roles in the technology industry since 2001. Daniel began their career as a Sales Account Manager for Rational Software in 2001. Daniel then moved to IBM in 2004, where they held the role of Worldwide Annuity Sales Leader and Regional Sales Manager. In 2008, they were the Americas Sales Leader for Amazon Web Services, where they built the sales organization from the ground up and transitioned the go-to-market strategy. In 2011, they joined Savvis as the VP & GM Cloud Services, where they created and managed a Cloud Business Unit. In 2013, they were the EVP Global Sales for Rally Software, where they evolved Rally's go-to-market approach and completely overhauled the sales organization. In 2015, they were the Chief Commercial Officer for IndoorAtlas Inc, where they monetized the platform with a pricing model, billing engine, and payment gateway. In 2017, they were the Sales Leader for Google. In 2021, they were the Global Head of Commercial Sales for Pattern Computer. Currently, they are the Chief Growth Officer for AuthenticID.
Daniel Patton attended the University of Washington from 1992 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree in the field of Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Walla Walla University from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in the field of Engineering.
