Brook Gast

Brook Gast is a Technical Service Representative at Authenticom, Inc since May 2015, supporting clients via phone and email while educating them on evolving products. At Big Al's, worked as a Server from March 2014 to December 2015, providing service to individual customers and large parties, maintaining customer satisfaction. Formerly, at Chileda Institute, served as a Program Assistant from January 2012 to May 2015, attending Behavior Program in-services for assigned students, observing and recording data accurately, and implementing programs as written. Also served as a Secondary Lead Staff, supervising and training other Program Assistants. Graduated from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a minor in Environmental Studies.
