Hugo Castillo has over 20 years of work experience in various manufacturing and engineering roles. Hugo started at Tylan General as a Production Supervisor, where they led the pilot builds and ensured on-time delivery and high-quality standards. Hugo then worked at Mykrolis Corporation as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, where they established programs for high yield and increased throughput, optimized process yields, and led the transition team for new designs.

Following this, Castillo joined Celerity as a Field Application Engineer, providing onsite product support, managing inventory, and conducting customer training. Hugo later worked at GC Packaging LLC as a Process Analyst, analyzing process data, implementing process changes to improve plant throughput, and creating work instructions and flow charts for process training.

Most recently, Castillo served as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Depot Services at Authentix, where they created bill of materials, led alpha and beta builds, and conducted employee training. Hugo is also a Certified LASER Safety Officer. throughout their career, Castillo has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to lead and optimize manufacturing processes.

Hugo Castillo completed their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute in Anaheim, California, from 1993 to 1996.
