John-Christopher Boyer

John-Christopher Boyer has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. John-Christopher started their career at Concordia University, where they pursued a Ph.D. in Chemistry from 2000 to 2006. John-Christopher then moved on to work as a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Victoria from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they focused on post-synthetic functionalization of photonic nanoparticles and developed methods to enhance their optical properties.

Following their work at the University of Victoria, Boyer joined Simon Fraser University as a Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research Postdoctoral Fellow from 2009 to 2012.
