Kevin Agnew

Kevin Agnew has over 30 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Kevin is currently working as a Senior Principal Firmware Engineer at Authentix since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Leonardo DRS from June 2019 to March 2020. From 2013 to 2019, they served as a Field Tactical Engineer at Green Hills Software. Kevin also worked at Authentix as a Principal Software Engineer from January 2011 to August 2013. Before that, they were an Embedded Software Engineer (contract) at Samsung Telecommunications America from August 2010 to December 2010. Kevin held the position of Senior Software Engineer at IMC Sensors, Inc. from November 2001 to June 2010 and at Hewlett-Packard from February 2000 to November 2001. Kevin also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Nokia Mobile Phones from July 1999 to February 2000 and at Ultrak, Inc. from December 1998 to July 1999. Kevin started their career at Texas Instruments as a Software Engineer in January 1987 and remained there until December 1998, working on various projects related to firmware development and image processing optimization.

Kevin Agnew completed their high school education at Glenwood Community High School, graduating in 1982. Kevin then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Iowa State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
