Keyla Flores

Keyla Flores has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Analytical Laboratory Technician at Authentix since January 2021. Before that, they had a period of unemployment from June 2020 to January 2021.

From September 2019 to June 2020, Keyla worked as a Chemistry Stockroom Fellow at the College of Saint Benedict. Their responsibilities included managing chemical waste, preparing samples and solutions for various chemistry labs, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the stockroom and laboratories.

Prior to that, Keyla had multiple roles at the College of Saint Benedict. From September 2016 to May 2019, they served as a Chemistry Stockroom Assistant, where they assisted with various tasks in the stockroom. During the same period, they also worked as a Research Assistant under Dr. Alicia A. Peterson, conducting research in the Chemistry Department. Additionally, Keyla worked as a Chemistry Lab TA/In-Class TA from September 2015 to May 2019, providing assistance to students in the laboratory and class settings.

Keyla also gained experience as an intern at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in June to August 2014, and at the Business Council for the Arts in June to August 2013.

Keyla Flores attended the College of Saint Benedict from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. In May 2019, they also obtained a certification in Environmental Chemistry from the American Chemical Society.
