Mark Weintrub has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to legal and administrative functions. Mark started their career as an Associate Attorney at Linn & Helms in 1986, and then worked as an Associate Attorney at Middleberg, Riddle & Gianna from 1990 to 1993. Mark joined Eljer/Zurn Industries, Inc., a publicly traded building and plumbing products company, as Associate General Counsel/Corporate Counsel in 1993, handling legal matters in the US and international markets. In 1999, they became Vice President Administration, General Counsel & Secretary at MDI/Ultrak, Inc., a publicly traded electronic and technology company, where they implemented reengineering efforts, oversaw due diligence and acquisition activities, and reduced outside legal fees.

After that, they joined Authentix, Inc. in 2001 as Vice President Administration, General Counsel & Secretary, providing legal and administrative support. In 2004, they established their law firm, Weintrub Law, PC, where they served as Principal/Managing Director until 2006. Mark then joined General Nutrition Centers, Inc. (GNC) as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary, overseeing legal matters for the global specialty retailer of nutritional products. In 2010, they were appointed General Counsel at Blue Calypso.

In 2012, they became Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Authentix, responsible for global support services and serving as the authority in authentication solutions. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President, Global Corporate Services, where they provide specialized knowledge in legal, risk management, human resources, and technology services. Mark also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary for the company, advising the CEO and Board of Directors on legal and risk matters.

Mark Weintrub attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a focus on Finance & Banking and Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctorate at the Oklahoma City University School of Law from 1983 to 1986.
