Nouman Hashmi

Nouman Hashmi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nouman is currently working at Authentix as a Senior Program Manager, where they ensure the successful development and deployment of business requirements. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Project Manager - MIS at Authentix, where they excelled in IT installation and maintained strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Before joining Authentix, Nouman worked at LMKT (Private) Limited for 8 years as an Executive Project Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing the rollout of e-Government and work automation solutions at the Federal and Provincial levels. Nouman successfully delivered projects for various agencies, implementing cutting-edge technologies and solutions.

Nouman also gained experience at LMK Resources (Private) Limited as a Project Manager, where they led the implementation of ERP projects and successfully delivered work automation projects for several government agencies. Prior to this, they worked at Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) as an Assistant Director (Software), where they led business process re-engineering efforts and managed programs for the automation of various systems.

Nouman started their career as an Adjunct Faculty member at Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and AIOU. During this time, they served as an instructor for Computer Science courses, developed electronic course-ware, and supervised research projects for both graduate and undergraduate students.

Nouman Hashmi's education history is as follows:

From 1999 to 2001, Nouman attended the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, where they obtained a BCS (Honors) degree in Software Engineering.

In 2002, Nouman continued their education at the same institute and earned an MCS degree in Software Engineering, which they completed in 2003.

Nouman then pursued a higher level of education and enrolled in the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology again in 2003. This time, they pursued an MS CS degree in Computer Science and successfully completed it in 2004.

Afterward, in 2004, Nouman attended Siemens Pakistan (SAP Authorized Training Center) and became a SAP Certified Consultant in Financial Accounting. Nouman completed this training program in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Nouman has also obtained several certifications. In 2005, they obtained the SAP Certified Consultant in Financial Accounting certification from SAP.

In 2008, Nouman participated in an IT Project Management training course offered by TCQ Triangle LLC.

In 2014, Nouman received training in Project Monitoring, Evaluation & Accountability for Results in the Development Sector from the Center for Resource & System Management.

In 2017, Nouman completed the PMP Certification Training Course provided by the PMI Islamabad Pakistan Chapter.

Finally, in 2020, Nouman obtained two additional certifications: Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6SIGMAstudy and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy.
