Randy Wooley

Randy Wooley began their work experience at Hewlett-Packard Company in 1998, where they held various roles including Senior Attorney, Manager of Business Strategy and Legal, and Senior Outsourcing Contract Relations Manager until 2006. Randy then moved on to H.D. Vest Management and Services, LLC, where they served as Assistant General Counsel and acted as the senior legal advisor for all business and legal matters. From 2009 to 2010, Wooley ran their own law practice, representing start-up companies and providing legal services in various areas such as intellectual property protection and business development. Randy then joined Vertex Business Services as a Senior Commercial Counsel.
