Rob Maroney

Rob Maroney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Relationship 180, a nonprofit counseling organization since February 2019, Maroney focuses on helping individuals and families improve their relationships. Additionally, Maroney has ventured into authorship with the book "Hope After Hurt," co-authored with Roxanne Maroney, which addresses the challenges of relationships. As a self-employed HR Consultant since June 2018, Maroney draws on a robust background, having held significant roles including Human Resources Business Partner at Clean Harbors, CFO/Director of Human Resources at Dispatch Transportation, and Executive Director of Human Resources at Logistics Express. Maroney holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from California Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Ball State University.
