Lauralyn Vasquez

Lauralyn Vasquez is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in learning and development roles. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Authorium since April 2025, Lauralyn previously worked as a Digital Learning Coach at Arrow Alliance Industries, where focus was placed on professional development and creating equity-centered educational strategies for the Bureau of Indian Education. A strong advocate for community engagement, Lauralyn launched a DEI-focused program at Rancho Church, significantly enhancing volunteer retention and leadership effectiveness. Other notable positions include serving as Technology Director and Ed Tech Integration Specialist, where Lauralyn led initiatives that greatly improved educational technology integration and engagement across multiple institutions. Lauralyn holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology from Ashford University.
