AB Spectrum is proud to be the world’s first Reggio Emilia–inspired ABA therapy and autism diagnostic clinic.

As the largest provider of early intervention services in the St. Louis area, we specialize in supporting children ages 2–6, blending the structure of ABA therapy with the creativity and child-led philosophy of the Reggio Emilia approach. Our mission is to transform therapy into meaningful, play-based learning experiences that empower children to thrive.

With five clinics across Missouri and a team of over 200 dedicated professionals, AB Spectrum delivers care rooted in compassion, innovation, and excellence.

We accept all insurances, including Missouri Medicaid, because every child deserves access to high-quality support.

We’re growing and we’re looking for passionate professionals to grow with us. Whether you’re just starting your career or seeking your next step, AB Spectrum offers opportunities to make a lasting impact every day.
