Tyson Walz

Tyson Walz is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Waypoint Mktg since August 2022, Tyson also holds the position of Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at Barrett Financial Group LLC, a role initiated in February 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Licensed Lending Officer at both AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation and loanDepot, as well as roles at Freedom Plus, where Tyson worked as Team Lead and Loan Consultant. Tyson began a career in insurance as an Insurance and Financial Services Agent with Farmers Insurance and has a foundational banking background with multiple positions at Wells Fargo, including Service Manager and Personal Banker. Tyson completed education at Rio Salado College.
