Scott McCally

Scott McCally is a highly experienced professional in the baking equipment industry, currently serving as the Global Sweet Goods Category Manager at Middleby Bakery since May 2024. With a background as President of both Auto-Bake Serpentine and Inline Filling Systems from August 2017 to May 2024, and leadership roles at Hinds-Bock, McCally has extensive expertise in engineering and product management. Prior experience includes Vice President of Engineering and Director of Thermal Engineering at Middleby Bakery Group, as well as several product management and engineering positions at Stewart Systems and CriderAmericas. McCally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Texas, earned between 1994 and 1999.
