Lucy Dockerty

Lucy Dockerty has extensive experience in reward management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Reward at Auto Trader UK since July 2016, previously holding the position of Reward and People Systems Partner. Before this, Lucy worked at Swinton Insurance from August 2008 to March 2016 in various roles, including HR Reward Manager, where responsibilities included designing and implementing reward strategies in collaboration with senior management. Additional roles at Swinton Insurance included HR Reward Advisor/Analyst and Reward & Benefits Administrator, focusing on providing expert guidance and support for reward and benefit policies. Lucy holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA Hons First Class in Human Resource Management and Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
