Mark Simpson

Mark Simpson is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering and product development, with extensive experience in the automotive industry. As a Co-Founder of AutoBike, Inc. since January 2011, Mark has been instrumental in the development of automatic-shifting bicycles. Previously, Mark held the position of Manager of Product Development for Auto Pretreatment at PPG Industries for 22 years, overseeing the introduction of various automotive pretreatment technologies. Mark's career began at Henkel as a Chemist, where automotive pretreatments were formulated, and earlier at Quaker Chemical, where Mark served as Lab Supervisor and Chemist in various labs. Mark holds a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers University.
