Michelle Waldron

Michelle Waldron is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a robust background in reservations and guest services. Currently serving as the Director of Reservations at AutoCamp since September 2023, Michelle previously held the position of Manager of Commercial Tiered Services - Voice at IHG Hotels & Resorts from September 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from March 2009 to June 2020, such as Area Reservations Manager, Area Content & Database Specialist, and Area Reservations Coordinator for the Northeast region. Michelle also gained initial experience as a Guest Service Agent at Onyx Hotel from December 2007 to September 2008. A graduate of Boston University with a B.S. in Hospitality Administration, Michelle has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing client relations and enhancing guest experiences.
