Malcolm Sharp is an experienced automotive professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Automotive Technical Researcher at Autodata since 2008, Malcolm contributes to creating technical information for a diverse range of vehicles across 170 manufacturers, enhancing service, maintenance, and repair standards in the aftermarket. Previously, Malcolm held the position of Vehicle Testing Manager at Autodata, overseeing a team and managing logistics for vehicle testing programs. Prior to joining Autodata, Malcolm worked at BMW UK from 1991 to 2008, progressing from an apprentice/service technician to a service technician and ultimately becoming a workshop controller responsible for a team of 17 technicians. Education includes attendance at Kingston College from 1991 to 1994 and Mellow Lane School from 1986 to 1991.
