Adam Lautner has extensive experience in equity compensation, having held roles such as Sr. Stock Administrator and Senior Manager, Equity Compensation at VMware from 2015 to 2017. Previously, they served as a Stock Plan Analyst at Genentech, Inc. and worked as a Senior Equity Compensation Consultant for various companies including Autodesk and Yahoo. Currently, Adam is the Sr. Manager of Stock Plan, 401k, and DCP at Autodesk as well as the Director of Stock Administration at Xperi Inc. Adam also holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and is pursuing a BA at UC San Diego.
