Adam Maddock is a strategic operations professional with a diverse background in business management and military service. They currently serve as the Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Autodesk, following their role as Co-Founder and CEO of VentureForge, which accelerates startup growth through mentorship and funding. Previously, Adam held significant positions at T-Mobile as Chief of Staff and at The White House, providing protocol support for high-profile events. As a Marine Corps veteran, they managed extensive logistics and operations, showcasing leadership and strategic planning skills. Adam earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. from the University of Maryland College Park.
