Aliasghar Khani

Aliasghar Khani is a Machine Learning Researcher at Autodesk, focusing on motion generation from February 2024 to February 2025. Previously, Aliasghar worked as a Machine Learning Engineer, specializing in large 3D generative models and scalable training and inference using Ray and AWS. As an AI Research Intern, responsibilities included managing large datasets and training substantial models. Aliasghar served as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University, conducting advanced research on image classification models and presenting findings at ICLR 2024. Additional experience includes an AI Research Internship at Autodesk Research, where efforts concentrated on enhancing machine learning model robustness and publishing academic papers, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at CE @ Sharif University of Technology, conducting analyses on resilience against adversarial attacks. Aliasghar holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
