Caroline Shaw has extensive experience in customer success and document control within the construction industry. Since February 2019, Caroline has held various positions at Autodesk, including Senior Manager of Customer Success, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and deployment strategies. Prior to Autodesk, Caroline worked at Balfour Beatty plc as an Assistant BIM Coordinator and Senior Document Controller, and at Laing O'Rourke as a Document Controller. Caroline also served as Document Control Manager at Ferrovial. Educationally, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Fashion Design & Printed Textiles from Ravensbourne, a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Fashion & Communication from Uxbridge College, and a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Construction from Sheffield City College, alongside an Advanced GNVQ in Business & Administration from Queensmead Sixth Form.
