Cecily lin

Cecily Lin is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in human resources management and recruitment. Holding a Master's degree in Labor Economics from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Shandong Institute of Light Industry, Cecily began a career in HR as an intern at Tyco Electronics. From October 2009 to July 2011, Cecily served as an HR Management Trainee at Philips Electronics Technology, focusing on recruitment for direct and indirect employees. After that, Cecily joined Cadence Design Systems as a Senior TA Partner, overseeing talent acquisition and employer branding in China from July 2011 to May 2018. Subsequently, a role as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition was taken at VXI Global Solutions, LLC in 2018, where recruitment strategies were developed for the China division. Currently, Cecily serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Autodesk, dedicated to attracting top technical talent and enhancing Autodesk's reputation as an employer of choice.
