Christi Clay

Christi Clay is a PMP-certified Senior Program Manager and human systems thinker with a passion for transforming chaos into order. Currently, Christi serves as a Program Manager at Autodesk, where they facilitate cross-organizational communication to meet strategic goals. With 13 years in technology and 8 years in media, Christi is a skilled communicator and problem solver, promoting diversity and belonging throughout their career. They co-owned Beneath the Trees from 2014 to 2023, managing music production and licensing while building an extensive database for artist catalogs. Christi holds a Master of Arts in Organization Design from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
