Daniel Levy

Daniel Levy is a Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in data use at Autodesk, where they engage in matters of data privacy and technology. Previously, Levy served as Counsel in Intellectual Property and Technology at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and also worked as a Privacy Counsel on secondment at ZentLaw. They began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Cathy Seibel at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Levy holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
