Demetrius Jacob

Demetrius Jacob currently holds the position of Manager, Global Culture Programs at Autodesk, a role assumed in September 2025. Prior to this, Demetrius was the Manager of Culture & Strategy at rePurpose Global from June 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading global culture, engagement, and talent development across diverse regions such as India, EMEA, LATAM, and the US. This role involved fostering a cohesive organizational culture within a hybrid, multicultural environment while promoting inclusion and performance. Earlier experience includes functioning as an Associate at Morgan Stanley from March 2020 to June 2021, following an internship at the same firm in mid-2019. Demetrius also completed an internship focused on talent at U&I Trust in 2017. Academically, Demetrius holds an MBA in International Finance from Kristu Jayanti College, completed in 2020, and is a member of ACCA.
