Jerilyn Teo

Jerilyn Teo is a seasoned professional in talent enablement and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Enablement & Operations at Autodesk since May 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing global Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Human Centered Design. Prior to Autodesk, Jerilyn held the position of Director, Head of L&D, Talent & Organizational Development at Activision Blizzard starting in May 2023. Jerilyn's extensive experience at Amazon from January 2016 to September 2023 included roles such as Principal, Senior Leader of Culture & People Experience, and Head of Learning and Development, where initiatives sought to enhance employee experiences through innovative programs like Amazon Connections. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager and Instructor at Harvard University's Center for Workplace Development. Jerilyn holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business as an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow and a Master of Education in Leadership & Organizational Development from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
