Joe Tan is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for APAC Go-To-Market & Customer Experience at Autodesk since October 2022, Joe has previously worked at Meta as a Recruiter for the MBG team, Cisco as a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on Customer Experience in the APJC region, and Accenture as the ASEAN Talent Acquisition Lead. Joe's earlier positions include roles at IBM as a Recruitment Partner, Pahntos Group as APAC Recruitment Manager, and consulting roles at Hays Specialist Recruitment, Kelly Engineering Resources, and JAC Recruitment Co., Ltd. Joe began the career as a Research Engineer at Olympus Technologies Singapore. Joe holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resource and Management from Murdoch University.
