Kriss Ryan

Kriss Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and customer success, currently serving as Senior Manager for Role Excellence at Autodesk since June 2006. In this role, Kriss leads the development of a global Sales and Customer Success Skill Development Framework and previously focused on designing enablement strategies to achieve customer business outcomes. Kriss has a deep passion for sales onboarding, which inspired the pursuit of writing a book on the subject. Prior to Autodesk, Kriss held positions such as Branch Manager at Fischer Unitech and Business Development/Sales Manager at Computer Aided Technology, Inc., as well as Principal at The Synergy Group. Educational accomplishments include a Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci and a business education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, as well as studies at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
