Leo Olivarez

Leo Olivarez has extensive experience in executive support and event management, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Product Data at Autodesk since December 2018. In this role, Leo provides high-level support to Senior Directors and VPs, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel logistics. Previously, Leo worked as a Briefing and Event Specialist, overseeing all aspects of internal and external events, from scheduling to service. Prior to Autodesk, Leo served as a Program Analyst at the Administration for Children and Families - OHS Region 9, where responsibilities included organizing and facilitating over 20 annual training events, webinars, and conferences for a national audience.
