Maxim W. currently serves as the Vice President of Global Culture & Belonging at Autodesk, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Maxim held the role of Vice President for Global Talent Management, Inclusion, & Social Impact at Roku Inc. from November 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included establishing the company's inaugural diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. At Gap Inc. from February 2016 to October 2018, Maxim oversaw talent strategy and development for the global strategy, digital, and technology teams. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Learning Design Leader at Apple, where Maxim designed a new Retail Leader Immersion experience, and as Director of Community Relationship Building and Diversity Council Chair at Bon Secours, overseeing community engagement initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Maryville College.
