Michelle Zhou is a curious interaction and service designer based in Oslo who enjoys tackling complex challenges for today and tomorrow. Currently serving as a Principal UX Designer at Autodesk Forma, they have previously held roles such as Senior UX Designer and Principal Experience Designer at Autodesk, as well as Service & Interaction Designer at NoA Ignite Norway from 2021 to 2023. With a background in architecture and design, they earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the South China University of Technology and a Master of Design in Interaction and Service Design from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Michelle has also contributed as a Senior Design Tutor at the Canopy Institute of Design and worked as a freelance designer for various clients.
