Noa Kaplan

Noa Kaplan, PhD, is a Principal Research & Design Engineer at Autodesk, where they lead the development of scalable systems for motion data curation, aiding research in generative motion. They earned degrees from Yale, UCLA, and USC, completing their PhD as an Annenberg Fellow, with a focus on the ethics of 3D technology. Noa is also an accomplished designer and artist, having exhibited at prominent venues such as SIGGRAPH and the Getty, and having participated in various fellowships and residencies, including IDEO and Autodesk. Previously, they taught at UCLA, contributing to curricula that explore the intersection of art, ethics, and technology.
