Paul Dean is a seasoned program manager and sales enablement professional with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager for ACS Onboarding Programs at Autodesk, Paul has successfully rebuilt the Core Sales Onboarding for the Construction Business Segment and developed role-based onboarding for account executives and business development representatives. Previous roles include Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Expel, where Paul focused on sales methodology training and internal content alignment, and Manager of Training & Enablement at Kitman Labs, ensuring customer-facing employees were equipped for effective customer interactions. With a foundation in sales operations and enablement at Levelset, as well as experience in teaching English, Paul holds both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Mississippi.
