Paul Fleming

Paul Fleming has over two decades of experience in sales and engineering, primarily within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors. At Autodesk since 2005, Paul has held various leadership roles, including Senior Sales Director for EMEA, where the focus has been on expanding strategies for approximately 1,200 key customers in the built environment. Earlier positions at Autodesk involved managing named accounts and supporting major construction companies to innovate. Before Autodesk, Paul worked at Asite as a Senior Sales Account Manager, contributing to the introduction of new technologies in construction. Other roles included positions at Michael Aubrey Partnership, Jacobs, and WSP, where Paul developed foundational skills in civil engineering and account management. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
