Rafael Ayala

Rafael Ayala is currently pursuing a Master's in Philosophy with a focus on ethics in emerging technologies while working as a Product Security Engineer at Autodesk. Rafael has a diverse professional background, having served as a College Access Fellow at 10,000 Degrees and a Math Teacher at Drew School. In previous roles, Rafael also gained experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Boston University and a Personal Trainer at Hybrid Fitness Center. With a passion for education and community improvement, Rafael co-founded Wrestling in Novato to mentor the next generation of coaches and athletes.
