Russell Speight, PhD, is the Director of Injection Molding Technology with over 30 years of experience in research and development, specializing in plastics injection molding process simulation and optimization. They have held leadership roles at Autodesk, managing global teams and driving significant revenue growth in material testing. Russell also served as an Honorary Visiting Professor of Polymer Process Measurement Technology at the University of Bradford and has an extensive academic background, including a PhD and an MBA. Their early career included positions as a co-founder of Pennine Software Supplies and a research engineer in the Royal Navy.
