Sarah McCarthy

Sarah McCarthy, MBA, is currently the Director and Chief of Staff at Autodesk, where they leverage over a decade of experience in the tech industry to enhance collaboration and implement data-driven strategies. From 2020 to 2024, they acted as a force multiplier for the Senior Director of the global Customer Success Design organization, overseeing a program and project management team. Previously, Sarah held various marketing roles, including Manager of Creative & Marketing at Jamestown and Creative Marketing Specialist at ICE Worldwide. They earned a B.A. in Journalism from Ithaca College and an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
