Simona Keith is an experienced project and personnel manager with a strong background in problem-solving and process simplification. Simona has held various leadership roles at companies such as Lockheed Martin, Affiliated Computer Services, and Autodesk, where Simona focused on improving team efficiency and compliance while managing complex applications and large teams. Simona earned a BA in Liberal Studies and an MBA in Technology Management, equipping them with a solid foundation in business, communication, and psychology. Currently, Simona is involved in setting policies and mentoring project managers within Autodesk Consulting, contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery.
