Ted Slaughter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and consulting. Since February 2009, Ted has served as Director of Global Compensation at Autodesk, demonstrating expertise in compensation strategies. Prior to this role, Ted spent nearly 18 years at Towers Perrin as a Principal, where responsibilities included leading a consulting practice. Ted holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, earned between 1980 and 1984, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, completed from 1973 to 1978.
