Travis Sumter

Travis Sumter is an experienced employment law professional with a robust background in managing employment litigation, compliance frameworks, and internal investigations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Interim Senior Employment Law Counsel at Autodesk since March 2025, Travis oversees employment litigation and collaborates with HR and leadership on investigations and performance management. Previously, as Global Head of Employment Law at NextRoll, Travis established compliance structures and advised on international hiring strategies, while at Wayfair, the role included managing litigation and providing advice on worker classification. Earlier positions include Lead Employment Law Counsel at Facebook, where Travis offered legal guidance on HR matters and developed employee training, and Senior Employment Law Counsel at GSK, focusing on diversity and recruitment strategies.
